Below the hummingbirds is a heart shaped dream catcher woven with red sinew embellished with gemstones, charm and tiny feather. The sound resonates through dream catcher.

The top of the gourd is cut out to allow the sound to resonate. There are small turquoise gemstones around the cut-out area to give the gourd a Southwest touch. There are two crescent cutouts on the sides to allow the sound to resonate (Not shown in the picture). The embellishment at the top of the thunder drum is a turquoise stone with a copper splash around it. The bear symbol represents a protector and symbolizes strength and courage.
